Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All returns must have an RMA to be processed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Labeling: Once approved, we will generate a Shopify shipping label and email it to you.
  • Costs: The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund unless the product is defective or unopened in its original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We offer full replacements for defective items at no additional cost. We may request photos of the damage for verification and quality control.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as ramen kits or food) that have been opened.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Sale items and gift cards.
