Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your experience with The Ramen Now. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

To ensure your return is processed correctly, all returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@theramennow.com to request your return.
  2. Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will generate a shipping label via Shopify and email it to you.
  3. Shipping Costs: The cost of the return shipping label will be billed to you or deducted from your final refund.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost Refunds

While customers generally cover return shipping, we will refund the shipping costs (or waive the label fee) in the following scenarios:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The return is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@theramennow.com.

  • Replacements: For defective items, we offer a full replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • Verification: We may ask for photos of the damage to help us improve our packaging and shipping processes.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping Deductions: Unless the item was defective or unopened, the cost of the Shopify return label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food/ramen kits) that have been opened.
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (beauty products).
  • Sale items and gift cards.
