User Content Agreement

USER CONTENT LICENSE

By uploading, submitting, posting, transmitting, or otherwise providing any photographs, videos, audio recordings, images, text, comments, or other content ("User Content") to the Ramen Now, LLC, you grant the Ramen Now, LLC and its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, and designees a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, commercialize, market, advertise, promote, sell, and otherwise exploit such User Content, in whole or in part, in any manner and for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, in any media or format now known or later developed.

The Ramen Now, LLC may use User Content without further notice, approval, consent, attribution, or compensation to the user or any third party. The Ramen Now, LLC shall have the right to combine User Content with other content, modify User Content, and use User Content in connection with advertising, marketing, promotional materials, social media, websites, applications, products, services, and any other business activities.

The user represents and warrants that: (a) the user owns or controls all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license; (b) the User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party; and (c) any individuals appearing in the User Content have provided all permissions necessary for the Ramen Now, LLC's use of the User Content as described herein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user waives any moral rights, rights of attribution, rights of publicity, inspection rights, approval rights, or similar rights relating to the User Content.

The license granted under this section shall survive termination of the user's account, deletion of User Content, or termination of any agreement between the user and the Ramen Now, LLC.
